Speaking of that Dwade tweet. No references to Heat in his profile. Has it always been that way? Wade to TheLand?

They would have traded Green to make room for Durant. Westbrook to SA next summer makes a lot of sense now.

Warriors won't be any better next year... they were already about as good as you can get. They may even be a little worse due to too many cooks in the kitchen.

Imagine all those wide open shots Barnes had in the Finals now being taken by KD...

Agreed. This team could potentially be unstoppable.

Not really. Westbrook is more than likely going back home to LA.

"Guys, we need to unload Bogut for basically nothing to sign Durant, and a lot of owners don't like us now. Who do we call?"

KD is not going to have the same role as Barnes.

I'm telling you... bookmark this and revisit it in a year.

Define better though. Yeah, they aren't going to win more than 73 because they've learned from that. Is the only better if they win a title?

Bob Voulgaris had a great tweet, stating that after the NBAPA vetoed any chance of smoothing over the salary cap increases, they could have avoided this craziness by increasing every current players' salary proportionately.

Don't get me wrong, I love this craziness and money flying around, but that would have seemed like the best route to go I'd think.

I guess Andy is the Starting Center. They rescinded Ezeli's rights. Maybe hope for a Tyson Chandler buyout as well?

they need to paste some Ezili DNA onto Bogut. They will always be vulnerable to a traditional inside behemoth who can actually play the game. Sabonis when he was playing in Spain. Walton at his best. Hakeem on one playoff run I saw where he was hitting 20 foot turn around jumpers.

Walton/Hakeem/Sabonis will come along soon. Every year half the draft is big men now. kids from all around the globe who can run and be 6 10" or 7 2". We had Chinese, South American, African and northern and eastern Europe, many in the first round.
Porzingas might be one like Hakeem soon. He's not Wilt and Kareem, but he is getting better and he was already very good. He comes back an even better shooter, you can bet on it. With 10 or 12 lbs of muscle every year, he will be hard to deal with soon. KD and them better hit on a couple right now.

Seriously. They're not going to win every single game. There's no way.

Something that made the Warriors so great was their depth. With this signing they have to get rid of quite a bit of their bench and that depth. They have to pray none of the 4, Curry, Thompson, Green, or Durant get injured because they'd be screwed.

Like Darrel said, we (lakers fans) have hope that Westbrook will sign with us next yr.

Thunder can't trade him, because no team wants to sign him and he leaves after next year.

Anyone who says durant ran from a challenge is ridiculous.

It's not the 3-1 series against GS, it frickin playing Lebron in the finals. This okc team wasn't going to beat Lebron and kyrie.

If Lebron can cherry pick his squad, why can't KD.

Exactly. Cuban will die a fiery death before he lets Deandra & the Clippers win a championship.

if he has any way to hurt their chances, he will, since Mavs aren't contending. Karma is a bitch
