If they get the same injury and suspension luck that your cavs got, absolutely they will.

Why on earth are we having a discussion about it in every single NBA Thread so early in the season?

When people stop getting it twisted, you won’t see me posting, Almoat all of my post are to set the record straight.

Have you noticed a lack of my posts re: pels and spurs and GRIzz this year? If not I can tell you there haven’t been many. How come? Well because they aren’t being overrated around here. I don’t bring these other squads up on my own. Only to correct others when they are off on their evals.

I'm sure I can speak for every other poster when I say we are eternally grateful.

The MVP argument this year will be that LeBron hasn't won it in a long while and he is really the MVP every year so this year where he actually looks like a real MVP challenger he's got to get it.

It's the opposite of LeBron fatigue. The narrative will be we've just been giving the MVP to other players so that we don't have to give it to LeBron every year, but he's been denied long enough and it's time he deserves another one.

That narrative is bullshite, as he hasn't deserved the MVP every year, but I can see that will be the narrative.

Well you think you would be able to put one and one together and realise that I won’t come in here and set the record straight if you don’t shite post and post bad evals.

Yea, it all depends on what ESPN wants to lead off sportscenter with. Last year for the first time in league history the narrative became triple double over wins. Over great player on great team kicking arse every night as the narrative. there will def be a growing sentiment for Lebron to win the award bc he has not in several years. But at the same time if CC gets the #1 seed over GOAT Warriors and wins 65+ That would be enough imo to give it to James.

Golden state is the best team ever. Three of the top 6 net ratings in league history the last three years. They’d be on a three year title winning streak if not for the ridiculous string of bad injury luck they had two years ago. If they are healthy I can’t give anybody better than a 15-20% chance to beat them.
Heck if a Steph or kd is out there is still only one or two teams MAX in the whole league who could beat them in a series.

I’m a fan of the league first and foremost. And don’t hate any specific team so it’s naturale for me to have a lot of adoration for what the warriors have done the last few years.

They fell victim to narrative. The same guys are saying now what I said last year. OKC was worst bc of russ style of play. Not better. I hear two guys say it in the last two days. we said this last year while it was happening.

Bogut - OUT
League MVP - injured bad enough to need 4 mri on different body parts in the playoffs.
Iggy - back hurt so bad he can barely move

That’s three of the top 6. And then we had dray green suspended a game. GSW was like 60% of the squad they are at their best that series. And that is being generous.

Are you setting the stage for when the Rockets win they can claim to have beaten the greatest team ever, therefore making them the greatest team ever?

You're taking my take again

I'm pretty sure he's doing it so if y'all lose, he can say Houston is the 2nd best team of all time.

And it's gonna piss off so many people
