Right, these moves shouldn't make anyone feel better about their chances against the Spurs.
Eh the Mavs almost beat the Spurs. The Spurs got incredibly hot. Thost last few games of the finals were the best they had ever played. To expect them to return to that level of play is a bit farfetched imo.

He's right...it is in the footnotes, I've glossed over it multiple times, and didn't include it in my calculations.

Granger was a questionable signing.
McRoberts is a good player who seemingly fits in well with Miami. They also traded for Napier in the draft who could very well play a Rondo type role for an experienced team. It's not like they've gotten worse.

Bob and Granger are obviously going to lure da King back....

Spurs could've lost to the Mavs or had Ibaka played the first two games, to the Thunder. The Heat would have a three-peat, all this drama wouldn't be happening, and half of you would be calling the Heat the greatest team of all time.
The line between that and where we are now is a lot thinner than people realize.

Jefferson would be out of control on South Beach.

If the Rockets get Bosh, they are the favorites, IMO. I'll just go ahead and get that out of the way now

Granger is an older Greg Oden. He's done.
McRoberts is a younger, less tame version of Birdman.
Neither do anything for Miami's roster
Almost important to note Cole was supposed to be this key piece when he was drafted, kind of like how Napier is being drooled over now.

Those games will be fun to watch
When Rockets win it will be like 138-130. No defense

Heat are now trying to go after Morrow.

Uhh not really. They are tall, white and trashy looking. That's where the comparisons end.

I don't know if its desperation but it does seem odd that the Heat the past few days have been linked to names like Gasol and Deng and then today all of a sudden they start pulling the trigger on Granger and McRoberts
