Bledsoe? I think he's actually really good. Idk if he's "max player good", but he's 11-13 mil good.
Hayward, on the other hand should be lower than that.

Why I think they are going to get overpaid. Both will likely end up with near max deals.

Bo McCalebb is a N.O. Legend

Bledsoe will end up being worth it, IMO.
Hayward isn't worth a max though. Reminds me of how I felt when EG was offered a max a few years ago. Good player but not worth it.
I feel like Bledsoe, however, will be a top 15 player in the league as soon as next year.

Dallas going after Parsons if they whiff on Carmelo

Pretty sure he was on the rockets a couple years ago.

I think Bledsoe is a perfect fit in LA. Hard-nosed type of guy Kobe would actually like to play with.

He was on the D-League team. I don't know about y'all actual roster.

They're already going after Deng though?
Posted on 6/30/14 at 11:29 pm to RTR America
That sounds right. I knew they had acquired him but never saw him play with the rockets.
Posted on 6/30/14 at 11:29 pm to Epic Cajun
Guess they're just talking to all big SFs and seeing what happens
Posted on 6/30/14 at 11:29 pm to Epic Cajun
Deng would fit perfect in ATL
Posted on 6/30/14 at 11:30 pm to RTR America
I would be pretty pumped if the Lakers added Bledsoe and someone like Lance Stephenson. Maybe bring Pau back on a 2 year deal.
Bledsoe
Kobe
Stephenson
Randle
Gasol
That would be interesting plus we would still have our 2016 cap room to go all out for KD.

HPbasketball just launched their new site: Mid-level Exceptional
quote:
I definitely want Mid-Level Exceptional to be a place where you can come to find answers about the collective bargaining agreement, the salary cap, the luxury tax, television rights, stadium financing, franchise valuations and every other aspect of the business of NBA basketball. But I don’t want it to just be that. I also want it to be a place where you can come to ask questions.
Nobody this side of Larry Coon — and maybe not even Larry himself — knows every single in and out of the CBA by heart. I can’t possibly expect that of you.
This will be a site where you can read a discussion of the merits of the individual maximum salary; or the amount of salary cap space your favorite has entering free agency; or about how much the cap might go up if the television rights deal doubles; or whether Sacramento’s publicly-financed arena will or will not be good for the city; or how Steve Ballmer’s $2 billion purchase price of the Clippers affects the rest of the league. You’ll see discussions of all those issues in this space at some point today, and more in the days to come. We hope to cover everything you can think of, eventually.
