I was offended he got outplayed by Nic Batum and then gave Damian Lillard all the space he wanted.
This.
Parsons has nearly reached his potential as a player. Where do people see his game going that is worth this much of a contract?

Yeah that trade left us in shambles...
...oh wait we just made our 3rd Conference Final in the last 4 seasons.
And the way you talk shite, one would think that the Rockets consistently progressed in the playoffs under Morey. Except they haven't. Ever. Not once.

Your team gets further away from a championship every year, when Durant goes home to Washington in '16 it will be the nail in the coffin.
But back to Durant. There has been speculation all of last season about him coming up for free agency and leaving the Oklahoma City Thunder to play in D.C., his hometown. But make no mistake, this isn't conjecture anymore. It's real. The hiring of David Adkins, who coached Durant in high school, from the University of Maryland's women's team as assistant coach to player development for the Wizards this past week isn't a coincidence. :fap:
Lebron returning home to finish his career paves the way for Durant to do the same.

who is "one would think"? Maybe one who didn't know what he inherited and what he's done.

So what you're saying is, if you know you're not elite, signing with the Rockets only means you are a moveable asset to get 'superstars'. not a component, not a team player, but just a math equation.
He isn't even complaining about being an "asset". He is complaining the Rockets didn't think he was elite. Guy should be thankful that the Rockets let him get paid a year early.

one who doesn't know he turned a group of role players into Harden and Howard in 2 offseasons.
And turned Parsons, lin, and a couple of draft picks into Trevor ariza and a bit of cap space this off season.

Weird how Lin is getting this love all of a sudden.

And it has still gotten you... no where.
This is the West, teams beat the ever living shite out of one another. Somehow the Thunder are always contenders only to get bit by an end of the season/playoff injury to a member of their 'big 3' the past couple of years.
Westbrook lost for the playoffs in game 2 vs. Houston, still beats them in 6 and ends up losing to Memphis after they got manhandled.
Ibaka gets injured, missing the first 2 games vs. Spurs, he comes back they win 2, lose game 5, and barely losing game 6.
Lin is horrible, but having to give up a 1st rounder to move him for cap space for Ariza is lukewarm

No idea why I'm participating in with you in shitting all over this thread but here we go:
Yeah, KD is a lock to go to back to DC. The same KD who grew up a...Raptors fan (that's weird), and with all of the awesome college basketball played in the DC area chose to go to school...in Austin, Texas...halfway across the country (wait, what?). He also just opened an awesome restaurant downtown OKC called KD's. Dude is clearly on his way out.
And I will go to my grave believing KD, Russ, and Harden weren't going to win a championship together. Give me KD, Russ, Ibaka, Adams, Lamb, and now McGary all day over Harden.
Eta: not to mention there is zero chance Reggie Jackson becomes the player he has if Harden is still around. It's worked out fine for OKC. Injuries have been the issue, not lack of Harden.

If I had 3 Jeannie wishes...the 1st one would be to find out if Boom is trolling or really this big a rocketard.

OK, so 2 home runs followed by a possible out. He acquired the best available players in the league for 2 years in a row, and he's being crapped on in the 3rd offseason before it's even over. That's sad.

You're shitting on the thread not me. We were discussing the article when you pop in with a troll post.

Many people will agree...
The Miami heat they went up against were better the following year as well. They weren't going to win that either.
The Miami heat this past year they probably would have beat, but I'm pretty sure they weren't going to beat SAS unless Ibaka was healthy and even then it looked like Pop just pulls shite out of his arse to end up winning.

Harden and Dwight will NEVER win a championship...ever
not even when they leave the Rockets
Posted on 7/14/14 at 11:21 pm to rondo
I really believe that Dwight won't. Harden might but he'll need a ton of help around him. And he'll probably take less money to achieve it.

Yeah he might win a ship the way Rashard Lewis and Birdman did.
But not as the main guy

The 1st rounder they got from the Pels. Houston got 2 years out of Asik and Lin and then got rid of both of them before their contract ended when people were saying no team would ever take on those contracts.

That was one year ago, Lebron/Wade/Bosh didn't beat a Western conference team in a series their first season. Championship teams don't come together in one offseason.

January Jones is pretty hot

I mean...most players don't win a ring.
Nothing to be disappointed about. I personally think Durant is going to be one of those "great players that played in the wrong era"
