I know i'm a big homer but that roster is talented enough to make the playoffs in the west.

Last year, there were 9 teams talented enough to be playoff teams. Those teams were all talented enough to be Top 3 in the East, but because the West is so stacked, two or three deserving teams will miss the playoffs this year.

Yea, best logical fit for him.

Miami will be solid next season.

Bosh

so the Heat are rolling out a starting 5 of Chalmers/Wade/Deng/Bosh/McRoberts with a bench of Granger, Birdman, Napier

That's still a solid team in the East. I agree they will be a top 4 seed.

Going to be interesting to see how they fill out the rest of that roster. Respect to Pat Riley for not just letting things fall apart because of LeBron leaving.

Not bad potential, but Wade and Chalmers are questionable players IMO.

Same. I thought Bosh was heading to Houston, the whole thing was going to fall apart, and Cleveland was going to end up with LeBron AND a lottery pick from Miami.

They've got a guy thats been playing in the Summer league for them that looks really good named James Ennis. Apparently Pat Riley was gushing about this kid at his post season press conference.

The Ennis kid owned the Australian league he played in last year. We shall see how that translates to the pros but he will definitely be on their roster.

Heat will still be a threat. I don't think they are gonna want to keep bosh at the 5 though which makes the mcroberts guy interesting. If they find a serviceable center they could have a pretty good bench with mcroberts, granger, and maybe bird man

Have you watched him in the summer league at all? He's looked REALLY good.

Napier on the other hand....

No I haven't. That's why I commented about the Australian league. I wasn't disagreeing with you man

He's a SF right? I think he was supposed to be one of the "selling points" to help keep Lebrons minutes down
