I don't see the point in a team negotiating with their own RFA. Figured that you'd just let other teams do it for you.

Wow. Dallas offered Parsons WAY too much. Dude is one of my favorite players, but if he was worth that kind of money, Houston would have made it further than the first round.

Houston was attempting to offer him a deal that would prevent him from signing an offer sheet. He wanted to stay in Houston, but then Dallas had to screw it all up by offering a ridiculous contract.

$15 mil might be a little too much even for my taste for Parsons. I want him in Dallas, but that is a lot of money. I do love that Cuban is making Morey's life a little more difficult though.

It's nice that he backed HOU into a corner but they also might be on the hook for 15 mil to Chandler Parsons.
