When a player gets traded mid season you can’t expect him to make the all star team in the new conference. butler had a adjustment period At one time he was fifth or sixth in usage on that squad.

He played 10 games for Minnesota. Was traded within 30 days of the season start. Not quite mid season ay?

New team, new scene, new coaches. Can't expect the man to make the all star game after bouncing around

The Lakers trading him away to set up cap room just to resign him to a larger contract 2 years later is amazing.
Space Jam 2 is going to be the biggest blockbuster bust of all time - cast alone will cost over $200 million.

So if he was traded/signed to the Rockets this summer you probably wouldn’t expect him to be an all star. Because ya know. New team, new scene, new coaches and stuff huh?

He would be in the west Einstein. Not the east. Which was the original point.
We literally have people arguing that making the all star team in the east is equivalent to making it in the west.

Sorry, sarcasm is hard to convey over text.

A guy like gobert can’t even make the all star game Bc he is in the west. The east has been far inferior to the west for a long time. They have less good players it is easier to be an all star.

I assumed there was no way anyone was on booms side. Figured I’d use your comments and aim them towards him. Bc that’s some shite he would say

WBB, Kevin love wasn’t an all star in the easier east until after Cleveland won a championship.
So who was the 3rd star player in Cleveland in 2016?

If Gobert was in the east he wouldn’t make an all star game either. He doesn’t make the game bc there is no longer a designated center position on the all star team. The game is going away from under the rim centers bawww. Someone with your basketball iq should know that

Kevin Love wasn’t an All-Star on the Cavs because LeBron turned him into Ryan Anderson. Even then, he should have been one.

3rd team all nba. Not good enough to be an all star. That only happens for a guy in the west.
