They may be better off playing off of jokic and daring him to shoot instead of letting him facilitate like he does . He’s the best at passing out of double teams and he’s a reluctant shooter for the most part. Leave him open and he may get more uncomfortable than if you let him pass to open guys and kill you that way.

Twolves did this and won a game where Jokic scored 50. It's a shitty option, but it may be the best of many shitty options for the Heat.

There’s no doubt they changed something up there. It was when the starters were in as well.

Denver will counter anything they do anyway. Denver’s just Way better, I’m just trying to find something to be optimistic about because it’s about to be a boring few months and I want this thing to go 6 at least

I guess that is better than having half their team going off for 20 a piece

I'm not sure what they do defensively either way matters much. Denver will gets there.

All they can do to have a chance is go crazy from 3 at least 4 times.

Don’t you think his size is what makes him such a uniquely gifted passer out of double teams or just in general.

Seems like he can just hold the ball over his head and see over everyone . He does that two handed overhead pass and smaller guys can’t even get in his line of sight or get there hands in the passing lanes

And the scary thing is that the nuggets really didn’t play as well as they have in some of those games against the lakers. Lakers may be equal to the heat tbh

How many more seasons and playoff runs until he enters a top 10 of all time debate.

Already got 2 MVPs in the bag and will likely add a few more

He is averaging 30/13/10 for the whole playoffs and seemingly with relative ease. Ridiculous

Needs at least two titles. Hakeem has two and I’ll listen to anyone who wants to say Hakeem is their starting 5 on an all time team. A second ring and he can go in the group of all time best bigs along with:

Kareem
Hakeem
Duncan
Shaq
Wilt
Russell

To be a top 10 all time player he probably needs 3 titles.

In any event, this title run is an impressive a single title run performance as any big. A 30 pt triple double without a consensus top 10 player running mate is just absurd.
