I figured I might as well get one of these started. It's always interesting to see who stays and goes, especially in the age of one and done.

Michigan just got hit hard with the loss of Stauskas and now Glenn Robinson III.
Arizona lost Aaron Gordon (as expected) and Nick Johnson.
Montrezl Harrell was the surprise of the day, announcing he will return to Louisville. Big news for them.
Also, Gary Harris is leaving Michigan State. It's going to be tough, to say the least, to replace him, Payne, and Appling.

I'm most interested in figuring out who actually stays another year.

Harrell is a big surprise. I figure he would have left, especially since he comes from a rough background and it's really hard to turn down first round money when you're poor. In many ways, it's a lot easier for a guy like Parker to come back than Harrell.

NBADraft.net usually does a great job with their updates, but this year, they've been slacking.

It looks like Marcus Paige and Brandan Dawson are two players who are staying though, along with Harrell. Makes sense since I doubt either would get picked in the first round.

Looks like he is going to talk it over in the next two or three days. There is a banquet for the team later in the week. I would be shocked if he does anything before then.

Fwiw, I am shocked he is seriously considering coming back.

I hope he comes back. That roster will be NASTY next season.

Okafor, Parker, Sulaimon, Jones, Cook.....they are gonna be serious. But honestly, even if Parker enters the draft Duke will still be a force next season. They finally have a big man.

Willie Cauley Stein officially returning...damn. Did not see that coming, although it is the right decision imo.

Apparently his injury would have kept him from being able to workout for NBA teams. After reading a bunch of his quotes after getting hurt you could tell he was considering coming back.

Kentucky's front court is going to be outrageously stacked next year.

quote:

UK frontcourt could be 6-8, 6-9, 6-9, 6-10, 7 feet, 7 feet, 7 feet -- with 5 McD's A-As, plus first-rounder WCS.

Poythress, Willis, Dakari, Lee, Towns, Lyles, and WCS? Is that right? Lots of very good players, I do wonder if either Lee or Poythress would transfer.

Fwiw, none of those guys are close to 7 feet besides WCS.

Poythress wouldn't transfer because he is on pace to graduate this upcoming year. Apparently Lee has already decided to come back. I do think this could push Poythress and/or Dakari to entering the draft possibly.

Poythress could possibly be their starting SF if he comes back depending on James Young's decision.

Towns and Dakari are both 7 feet tall
