Cavs fan here. Wanted to see what fans of other teams are hearing about what their teams are planning on doing draft wise

Seems Anthony Davis is a lock for New Orleans. I did hear an unconfirmed rumor that the Cavs offered all 4 of their picks to move to #1....not sure how true that was.

Cavs recently worked out MKG and Royce White and are scheduled to workout Bradley Beal this Sat but Ive been told by my self proclaimed Cavs insider (My cousin lol) that the Cavs secretly have their sights set on Harrison Barnes.

What are some of the RUMORS you guys are hearing?

You can also forget about them trading the No. 1 pick. Sources say the Cavs offered them No. 4, No. 24, No. 33 and No. 34 for No. 1. And sources said the Cavs got a firm and quick "No!

Lol at the Cavs offer.

Yeah, I don't see the Hornets trading their pick. Unless the Heat offer LeBron.

Here's hoping the Hornets take Austin Rivers with the 10th pick to go along with Anthony Davis.

Reports around here saying Charlotte is open to trading the #2 pick for the right deal, but I just don't think there's enough value at #2 this year to get anybody to bite. If they stay there, no idea what the pick will be. MKG, Robinson, Beal, Barnes, and Drummond have all been mentioned.

I said the same, but I read he got great reviews in Chicago at the pre draft camp....also Perry Jones got good reviews. We shall see. Barnes scares me...doesnt go to the hole as much as I like. Not sure he can create his shot as much as I'd like as well. I love his size tho at the SF for tha Cavs

This isn't much of a secret. Jeff Goodman and a few others have been talking about the draft prospects the last couple days and have mentioned this numerous times. His workout was pretty impressive. He had the fastest 3/4 court time of anyone and about a 40" vert.

To add to your topic though, the Grizz have worked out 12 players and pretty much 10-11 have been garbage. John Jenkins is really the only one of note so far, and even he was kind of meh. He shot well during the workout, but still didn't jump out as the guy they just need to get. There has been talks of trading Rudy for picks or something like that, but really the new owner stuff has dominated any/all Grizz talk here in town lately.

As a huge UNC fan since birth, I've seen Barnes play a lot, and even today I just don't have a solid opinion on him. I think he could have huge problems at the next level, but he is a very skilled basketball player who could be good. Imo he falls somewhere between a Danny Granger and Steve Smith/Joe Johnson type. He's never going to be 'spectacular'

I'm a huge Pistons fan...from all of their press it seems they are going to take the BPA from the 3s or 4s. They want a sidekick for Greg Monroe. They seem to be impressed with Henson, Moultrie, Terrence Jones, Zeller.

Also...Meyers Leonard.

If Drummond slips, the Pistons would take him.

i think barnes will be a solid-good pro

a spot up shooter with a driver like kyrie will be good, imho

you're kind of hamstrung at the 4 b/c of thompson. i think that tRob is a superior player but they won't want to affect TT

But definitely not true. Best player in the world or unproven draft pick. Hmm.

We actually did discuss D Wade and he got mixed reviews.

That is my hope too. Or trade for veteran wing.

I would probably cry in that situation if we weren't getting Davis.

Y'all pretty much need starters at the 2,3, and 5, so I'd expect Barnes or Beal, unless they want to gamble on MKG or Drummond.

Barnes would be a huge mistake at 4, he just isn't a top 5 pick. I don't see why they wouldn't take whoever is left out of the top 4 players, all are good fits for the Cavs and better players than Barnes. I doubt TRob is there, but I would not pass on him because of Thompson. I actually think those two would compliment each other well even if they're both PFs, Robinson would be a beast on the pick and roll with Kyrie.

Suns are going SG for sure right now its:
1. Dion Waiters
2. Austin Rivers
3. Terrence Ross

I want TRoss the most honestly. Guess I'll just trust the FO (even though this is the same FO that traded Lou Deng and Rajan Rondo before they played )
