Name one NCAA Football or Basketball Coach...

Name one NCAA Football or Basketball Coach that always brings in very good / elite talent and whose players love to play for him, but his teams always underachieve.

Me: Leonard Hamilton, Head Basketball Coach of FSU.

you need to check the definition of "underachieve"

this pretty much disqualifies any coach who's ever won a national championship
