Calling it now, Anaheim is going to the Cup this season. They're basically the west coast version of the Caps. A lot of talent but have played like shite past two seasons. Caps are going through what the Ducks went through last year. Love how Boudreau has them playing. They have great forward depth. All they need is for Hiller to be very good in the playoffs.

And they're currently +2000 right now.

Caps should just transition to young kids and tinker to see who has chemistry with Ovie. At this point, this season's only real question is who you get rid of: Johannson or Perrault?

Put a fork in it. Season's already done.

Penguins trade defenseman Ben Lovejoy to Anaheim for a 5th round draft pick and have recalled defenseman Dylan Reese from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL.

Right so I am not the only one in this situation, I would like the HMB's input...My Loafs sadly seem to be a .400 winning percentage kind of team, I need them to be around a .200 in order to have any sort of chance at NatMac or Rouin in the draft lottery...my question is how far below .500 do they have to be for you as a fan to be openly rooting for their demise? I say 1 game below .500 what say all of you?

What? You plain crazy! Flyers below .500 but will still make the Playoffs this year. Bryz just needs to continue his stellar play thus far. Just like a Loafs fan already looking forward to NEXT year.

What's wrong with Kessel?

Great article on japers rink today on when the Caps fortunes changed. Pretty much once they decided to be like everybody else. The biggest mistake the Caps ever made was listening to "experts" and "hockey people", who told them they couldn't win playing firewagon hockey. Now, we have a boring team that's losing a lot. Thanks, hockey traditionalists!

The Caps are proof that it is always better to lose in a traditional way than try to win in a non-traditional way, if you want to keep your job.
