I fricking love Brenden Morrow!
Just took Subban's face into the fricking ice with a slam, Subban was about to get destroyed, and 2 goals and an assist tonight.
Morrow in the box yelling at Subban pissed the fight got broken up before it could start telling him "5 minutes right here we're going again" and Subban just laughs. Awesome.

Penguins 6 Habs 4 final.
Morrow with 2 goals, Sutter with 2 goals, Iginla and Murray with the other 2 goals.
No Crosby, no Malkin, no Martin, no Neal, NO PROBLEM! 5 in a row, and 20 of 22.

Wow. Sabres tie Boston with 20 seconds left during a 6 on 4.

Not really, look at the time stamps, 2 hours apart and then 45 minutes apart.
Not that I mind anyways, always post updates of my boys kicking arse, plus the CBJ fans started a game thread for the Anaheim game.

Columbus won last night?
Good for them. Hope they make the playoffs and force Detroit to miss them.

Columbus better make the playoffs soon I am worried about their franchise...

As much as I love seeing smaller market teams get a chance in the post season, a Chicago - Detroit series would be so much better for the game.

Columbus won't have a team in 5-10 years, regardless of them making the playoffs.

False. When the team is actually competitive, Nationwide Arena gets a good showing and is electric. With the youngest roster in the league and how they look this season, they will be more competitive quicker than people thought.

Hey, CanFan! Did you see the Grantland article by Down Goes Brown on the possible Habs-Leafs matchup? I thought of you, even though I'm personally rooting for Leafs-Bruins because, as I said, someone might die.
Give it a read.

Who the scout team quarterback for the buckeyes is going to be is a bigger story in Columbus, than did the Blue Jackets win last night.

Damn that is an excellent article
prolly makes Fatty a happy guy too especially this opener,
"Here are 10 things you need to know about a potential playoff meeting between the Maple Leafs and Canadiens:
It’s the greatest rivalry in NHL history.
Not necessarily the greatest rivalry of today — you could make a good case for Boston-Montreal or Pittsburgh-Philadelphia. And not the greatest rivalry of our generation, thanks to these guys.
But with all due respect to those teams and others, nothing can match the history of the league’s oldest rivalry. The two teams have combined for more than 30 Stanley Cups, including 13 of 14 between 1956 and 1969, and each have more than 50 players in the Hall of Fame.
