George Foreman had dinner at my house.

My sister was a special events coordinator for Books-A-Million. Her job was basically to go on book tours and make sure the authors were happy. When they were in Birmingham, she brought him to our house and we grilled steaks out on the deck. Super nice guy. He also spoke to our HS football team the next day(my Dad was the coach and AD).

I met so many people through my sisters job: Robert Jordan, Pat Conroy, Oliver North, Anne Rice (ditzy crazy woman), Reba McEntire, Bo Jackson (He plays the dulcimer by the way). And too many others to mention. The only person my sister hated working with was Dixie Carter. She said she was the queen bitch of the world.

OJ Simpson - was on the field at a Dallas Cowboys game in 1993 and met The Juice. I was just a kid. I asked him to sign my program and he was very nice. He asked what my name was and made it out to me, and signed it Peace and Love, OJ Simpson. Turns out that's the way he signed his suicide note that Robert Kardashian would read on television less than a year later.

Ate dinner with Willie Mays and Larry Doby at the now defunct Eddie's in NO the night before an Old-Timers game at the Supredome in the summer of either 84 or 85. For the game I got to sit in the AL dugout and met just about every great player from their era.

I know Peyton Manning and Eli Manning personally.

Caught about 20 passes from Drew Brees a week and a half before the Arizona playoff on the Superdome field. And got paid to do it.
