That was 1) a terrible spot and 2) a terrible call to give Seattle a first down. If he blew the whistle early we may have an inadvertent whistle.

How is that not a penalty. Trying to strip the ball from a player while , the person carrying the ball is in bounds and the defense player is out of bounds.
