DHB has no ball skills. A good receiver would have caught it and tapped his feet inbounds.

Bad throw, I agree. But DHB had no awareness of where he was on the sidelines and just waited to catch the ball with his body. He had enough separation to go up and get the ball with his hands and stay inbounds.
