Teams that have won game 1 in the new wild card era are 15-1 in those series. Phillies, Astros, Red Sox, and Cubs have their work cut out for them.

I think Astros/White Sox go under today. Burke vs Brown is a pretty solid pitching matchup and we all know the Astros don't score at home in the playoffs. And I think the White Sox will struggle some today since they are likely to face legit MLB pitchers today instead of the arse-end of the Astros bullpen

Beside it’d have to be split with a group, that sounds amazing.
Also, props to NBC for their broadcast teams. Having the PBP guy and one analyst from the local broadcast of each team in the booth is really good. You get a little homerism and stories you don’t often hear.
