Ogando will be in the rotation (which is fine). Lowe is almost back. I think Uehera will be back in August. I think they will get another bullpen arm.

There's no way. Olney's speculating. But I did also read that the DBacks were meeting behind closed doors to see if they can answer the Dodgers and Giants moves.
