I mean he's still got some potential.

He definitely does.

I'm fine with the trade. Our No. 2 pitching prospect I believe. He may have been our No. 3 with Mendez moving up. Not sure.

I just don't get the point. I guess that moves Profar to left permanently for the time being and just have Beltran DH the majority of games?

Seeing what the Giants gave up kinda makes me feel a little better about our trade

If I've heard of the two other players going then we gave up too much.

I fully expect both Reddick and Hill to get injured/reinjured within a week or two.

This. I know Tate has been sucking, but he's still only 22, so you don't know if he keeps going the Mark Appel route or he finally finds his groove

I love Beltran to the Rangers.

GO FOR IT NOW. They've got Holland and Lewis back in Sept, Beltran is a great DH for that team and that stadium. Yeah you have to give shite up to make these trades but I love it. Win now.

What's houston doing? Nothing so far, Rangers sending a statement. Go get a SP or maybe even a closer although I think they need a SP more and they are the AL fav IMO

Might also be banking on the fact Choo can't stay healthy for 3 months.
