MLB: How to defend the deep sac fly to win the game

Trying to transcend the game.
Saw an outfielder a few months ago try to catch the ball at it’s lowest point to try and get the baserunner at 3rd to leave early.
My defense: * Fly ball hit to deep center field
The right fielder and left fielder emerge, middle infielders sprint to centerfielder. Centerfielder isn’t going to catch the ball because the runner will score easily… however…. Attempt to tip the ball to another outfielder or hisself (depending on how close) and continue tipping the ball to one another as they get closer towards home plate. As soon as they feel they are close enough to where the runner won’t tag up, complete the catch.
A few questions: Is this legal? Could this be pulled off?

My God I would love to see this attempted.
Seems like something LaRussa would cook up this season.

Once ball touches glove you can tag up

If they want to tip it around, sure, that's legal, but the runner can legally tag up on first touch.

Yeah that's not how it works bruh

If that is a rule, it can confuse a base runner who doesn’t know the rule. Worth a try rather than just letting the runner score without a throw

Yeah I guess it's possible you could just look like total idiots long enough to confuse the baserunner and get him to not run home maybe

How about the infielders run over to third and try to stand in between the base runner/third base coach and the catch to obstruct their view. What would be the penalty for taking the third base coach to the ground?

This is a stupid idea.
Oh, never mind.

The moment the ball is touched, the runner can tag. Seen it happen in a real game, little league. Lots of confused parents about that. Not an intentional juggle, just an awkward juggling catch by an outfielder.
