White Sox taking advantage again. Guards starter command way off, grind out a walk and a couple of knocks and get on the board first.

Teams have been doing it to Chicago because they are platoon heavy but I think Venable just started a lineup based on the obvious fact Griffin would be coming (putting guys like Grichuk toward the bottom). It’s dumb and overthinking it for sure

Okay yea, I remember Chandler or someone saying that despite the White Sox being very left handed that the splits were a little reverse and why he it was a good idea (at the time) that Blubaugh started that first game.
Very much feels like over thinking especially considering Espino has awful command and the Sox are clearly okay waiting for their walks.
