So, how does it work as far as a high school kid vs a 4 year college guy. I know the high school kids start off pretty low, where do the guys with 4 years of college start? High A? AA?

Depends on the team, how advanced the kid is etc... Tons of variable.

If you are a top level college guy you might start in AA. Most high school kids will start in low A.
Idk if low A even is a thing tbh anymore.

They don’t pick again until the fourth though. Tough to float guys down that far but I’m sure they’ll grab some tough sign down there. Even banking that extra 2 mil in their pool they have the 6th most money
