It kind of sucks for Michigan that they didn’t get a better showcase in the championship game. This hasn’t been memorable.

Yeah, sure thing. Michigan wasn’t getting mugged at all. UConn playing really clean D all night. No hand checking, slapping on arms, shoving in the back on rebounds. Go back and watch that shite. They came out way too amped up trying to ugly up the game with overly physical D and it back fired.
The refs also failed to call a blatant blocking foul at mid out to end half that would have been two shots. Mara got fouled by 3 guys on one possession at mid court. As it stands this half, Michigan has 8 fouls to UConns 9.
So unfair!
