Duke played best on offense against their non-conference schedule- Louisville, Minnesota, VCU, Ohio State, only the best defensive teams in the country. They did not.pad their offensive stats against the bad ACC teams.
And who said that Duke played awful against Creighton? They smothered a top 10 offense and won comfortably despite a terrible foul situation and their shots not falling. I think any Duke fan would rather be playing great on dedense, and ok on offense coming into this game as opposed to the other way around. They're starting to flash the elite defense that they had the beginning of the season.

SEC teams get beat up EVERY DAMN WEEK playing a brutal schedule, other TEAMS can't DO that! They CAN"T HANdle IT!

Duke always plays great at the beginning of the year against tough competition. I think it has a lot to do with how Coach K prepares them in the offseason. Duke always seems to be in mid season form early in the year. As the year progresses though, other teams improve while Duke kind of plateau's.
Duke will need a big game out of someone outside Curry, Kelly and Plumlee. If Sulaimon can keep composed and Hairston can stay out of foul trouble and produce off the bench Duke will win easy.

I give the Big 10 basketball conference schedule just as much respect as an SEC football slate...that said, I'm pretty confident Mich St wins. Other than winning big at Chapel Hill, Duke has been very unimpressive the last month...Izzo has had a week to completely shut down Curry's slow arse

Agree. The ACC isn't what it was 6 years ago. This is a classic matchup of two great HC's. Mich St just struggles to score sometimes and that's why I picked Duke.

Izzo's teams play over their heads in the tournament just about every year and after watching Duke all year I think they're a little soft.
MSU wins if Appling doesnt choke (a huge if considering how he's played down the stretch).

Normal situation I'd pull for MSU, but I really need duke to make the title game if I have any chance at winning my bracket pool soooooo go duke.
