No one likes you. That's why everyone downvoted you while people who said the same exact thing got upvotes. You should leave

And none from Ohio.

Pure craziness.

That is even more impressive. Normally for any UM coach to have a chance he would have to lock down Michigan and pull 5-10 studs out of Ohio. Jim is ceding the region to Meyer and cherry picking the nation for recruits. That is hard to do at a bad weather school like Michigan.

As previous posters mentioned, not having a commit from Ohio is far more shocking than one from Michigan.

Pretty impressive Harbaugh has been able to recruit so well nationally.

Not really. Michigan is a first-rate program and Harbaugh is a first-rate coach.

Harbaugh is a national brand. He is the most popular college coach in the country. Why get kids from home when you can get better anywhere you want?????

I'm not really impressed because I expected this. He will win a title within 3 years. Great job though.

This is very possible... Michigan is gonna start kicking arse as soon as next year... IF Jim wants to stay for 6-7 years he could do what Saban has done at Bama... YES he is THAT good of a coach......

It can backfire.

USC was rocking under Carroll with just Cali recruits for his first 5 years.

Then they started going national and winning the recruiting war every year...and got seduced by national 5 stars and just signing them based on the stars - and a lot of them turned out to be busts...and USC was never as dominate after 2005. (well except for maybe 2008)

They hired a high school head coach from NJ as their recruiting coordinator I believe. Obviously was an awesome short term move.
He was on the support staff.

Dantonio actually just offered UM's one Michigan commit last week and I think he was at the basketball game against Maryland tonight as they are trying to flip him. So they could potentially end up with zero if that works out. Michigan actually is a decent second tier high school football state but Harbaugh is definitely using his celebrity to go national as his approach.

I love it. it allows for Msu to get top level Michigan guys and the occasional high level Ohio talent. B1G east is gonna be a dogfight for the foreseeable future

Well, I think USC 2008 had the best D of the decade.

But Sanchize wasn't generating enough points like Leinart and Co. did.

Best USC - most balanced is 2004. Studs on both sides of the ball - apex of great offensive talent, Norm Chow and stout D.
