i mean, seriously, he'd score on every single possession

I believe the Williams sisters have been issued an open challenge by like the 200th ranked men's player in the world. They haven't taken him up.

Tennis is about the only sport I can see a really good woman competing with an average to below average man.

Lesbians love to talk about how MLB players can't hit the top softball pitchers.

Take the very best male HS basketball team in the US today. Take the very best WNBA team today. Who would win?

HS. I think it'd be a little closer than some in this thread think, but it'd never really be in doubt. Probably a 15-20 point win.

There are so many good high school teams, but for argument's sake, just think back to when OJ Mayo and Bill Walker played together. Who in THE frick could possibly believe women could beat that team?

Also depends on what ball to use b/c i think men would have trouble shooting a woman's ball and a woman may not be able to lift up a men's ball

Golf is the only sport I could see some cross competition....but so far that hasn't been the case. SEE: Sorenstam, Wie. Wie nearly wrecked her career trying to play in men's tourneys.

Also tennis, I don't think the best high school player could beat the best female tennis player out there either, at least no a power player like Serena

The best high school player in tennis is a borderline pro. They would beat Serena 0 and 0.

Actually had this debate on the radio in L.A. a couple weeks ago. As to who would win between Mater Dei an the Sparks. Were even toying with the idea of getting them to play. Mater Dei would murder them, not be remotely close

I mean I'm not really sure that he would be in the top 200 in the world, and i think Serena, in her prime could beat some of the people in the 200s and definitely the 300s

I'm not an MLB player but when I was in my late 30s I hit BP against the top softball pitcher in Shreveport. I beat her like a drum. She couldn't get a single strike past me. The ball is so much bigger and the speed is not near the college fastballs I was used to. The only adjustment was distance. I just started my front leg lift a count sooner and problem solved.

The only possible way for a womens team to beat a mens basketball team is if you had a height restriction. The best mens team will have at the very least 3 people over 6'4. Top women centers are around that height. All the mens team would have to do is lob the ball down low. They would easily score every time. If the heights were the same it would be alot closer.

No it wouldn't they would still run circles around the girls team, they would still be faster, quicker, more athletic, more skilled, stronger, and every other category there is in basketball. The girls don't have one advantage even if they do still have the same height!
