That’s Silverfield’s signature win so far.

Florida State was a "program defining win and Silverfield's signature win"... until we found out that Florida State was just a really, really, really bad football team.

Personally.... I still hold the win over Florida and Emmitt Smith back in '88 to be their best win ever. But that's going into the wayback machine.

Hosting the Gameday was also pretty cool. Memphis football has come a long way, baby!

Tulane fumble at beginning of 3rd on long pass and immediate drive for TD was the difference.

I would even throw 2014 BYU and 2019 SMU, Cincinnati there.
2016 Houston

Forgot about that one. Not sure how I did... but I did.

The 2015 game was the one where Ole Miss tried a direct snap to Robert Nkemdiche and well... he didn't score, wasn't it?

Stuffed for a loss with a concussion to boot.

Ole Miss was very much ranked that day.

That's not really the comeback you think it is when your team just got drilled at home.

Wasn't a 'comeback'....it's kind of obvious.

I’m glad LSU didn’t play Tulane this year, anyone that’s not being biased knows Tulane is more than likely winning that game. I hate to say it but it’s the truth. Tulane is the best college football team in Louisiana on November 28, 2024.

frick all of this bullshite. LSU would run the ball at will vs Tulane, just like they did vs Vandy. Memphis just proved they aren’t that strong up front against a real opponent.

Imagine telling a Memphis fan before the season that they would win 10 games, beat FSU in Tally, and beat a ranked Tulane team on Thanksgiving…and still wouldn’t play for a conference championship.

Enjoy holding that Army L next week. Tulame damn sure can’t stop a real run game, as we saw tonight.

Say what you will, but the score was still 24-17. A one score win VS a Vandy team that many on here talked crap about. It’s ok to admit that this LSU team isn’t that good under BK. You better get used to it, because under BK it’s probably not changing anytime soon.
