you can insult me however much you like but the fact is Peters didn't have the season the team and fans (other than you) expected and he shouldn't have made the pro bowl.

as I said with a valid source he rated as the worst OT.

FO is a good source. Unfortunately, the article you cited provided nothing other than a single sentence. What was the formula? What was accounted for? Also, they had their stats wrong.

Actually, I was the one who said he didn't perform to potential.

Then you backtracked on your original statement from "He was horrid" to "He was horrid given how much they paid yatta yatta yatta."

While I agree it is odd to trade to a division rival, I guess the Eagles thought the money they would save is worth it. Also, they must have faith in Kolb. I actually really like Kolb and think he suits the Eagles offense. I think he'll do well.

Why do you have to make every thread about you?

BTW Adam, I found the Football Outsiders article that you referenced based off of a link you found from RotoWorld.

I like the intention of Football Outsiders, but in this case not only are their stats wrong, their formula is entirely too base. They make no consideration for pass attempts.

No shite San Francisco and Tennessee are going to yield less sacks. They throw it like 20 times a game. Eagles throw it 35+ just about every game.

Naturally, more pass drops ='s more opportunities for yielded hurries/sacks and the football outsiders article do nothing to figure that.

Here's there shitty argument, for those interested. Nice concept, bad execution IMO.

i don't have a premium account with ESPN. The article is on ESPN but football outsiders did all the homework on it.

I just outlined for you why their argument is horribly flawed.

It wasn't a back track. You guys on here just need everything to be explained to you. Obviously he wasn't horrid or they would have benched him. However, like I said he didn't live up to expectations and the majority of that o.line (Andrews brothers) sure as heck didn't.

you don't understand too much do you? As i've said 3 frickin time now. He was horrid in terms of being the most expensive OT in the league and giving up a 1st rounder for him.

Dear god.

Adam you point blank said, "He was horrid this year."

In no way did you qualify it. It's a fricking message board. Everyone on the fricking planet earth is going to read that as "Adam Wilson says Jason Peters is awful."

Then, a few posts later you come back and say, "He was horrid for what they paid etc."

That's a qualifying statement. You didn't have one at the beginning. That's why you are being crucified.

Anyways, back to the topic.

Eagles have 5 of the first 87 picks. That's pretty damn crazy.

11 picks overall.
