Did better than I thought he would. Looked better than I thought he would.

Overall a decent showing for Conor. Knew his cardio wouldn't hold up.

That's the most offensive fighting Floyd's done in a decade.

fricking Floyd Mayweather was chasing the opponent around the ring. CM couldn't run fast enough.

Think about that.

People like SFP bitching about Floyd and his style, that style changed by round 4. This was not a typical Mayweather fight.

He was aggressive.

I think Conor showed better than most people thought and the end result was what most people thought. Really enjoyed it.

The commentators even started arguing that he was illegally turning his back.

Canelo threw punches.

He was just thoroughly outclassed.

It's pathetic hearing the same Pele call the Canelo vs GGG, the real fight and cap on Mayweather, when Mayweather absolutely destroyed one of those figh

I know. that's what I said.
I said all Floyd's fights are boring because he makes even the most aggressive boxers not throw punches for fear of the counter. that's when I mentioned how he turned Canelo into someone that wouldn't throw late in the fight.

Just like Pac, etc etc...

people like to shite on Floyd for running in that fight when he threw far more punches than Pac.

tgere are people that lobe to shite on Floyd but I'm not one of them. he has beaten every good fighter of this generation. people say he waited to fight certain boxers while not even admitting that Floyd was older than the fighter mentioned.

Floyd is one of the all-time greats.

more power punches?

and that fight was shite b/c pac, for long stretches, basically said "if you're not going to throw anything i won't either"

that's why people lost their shite at the fight.

He is indeed. His style is boring and frustrating to watch, but there is no denying it's effectiveness.

If Conor were a more experienced boxer that would have went longer.
Good call by the ref

Better than the mma fighter Tim Hague who died in the boxing ring a few months ago

Connor should have taken a knee and got his wind back a little. His inexperience showed. He let the ref determine how it ended.
