i don't see who else challenges them in the east (if they stay healthy). celtics will only slide more and the magic are just not elite

does lebron have to average a triple double or something?

win a title with himself and boobie gibson as his #2 player?

nah, he could just show up for more than 2 out of 6 games of the most important series of his life. You can't honestly say that you are okay with how he played. he played like someone gave him $1 billion to stand there and watch his team lose. He deserves criticism for it, and will get more than he deserves because of "the Decision" and his other antics.

Dell Curry 2.0?

You mean Del Harris?

And yes, that's exactly who he is. He can't handle the egos and it showed in the beginning of the season.

There is a reason that Only like 5 coaches had won titles in the past 20 years (Jackson, Rudy T, Pop, Brown, and Riley).

Yeah they did good this year, and they'll get better next year. Highly doubt they make it back to the finals. People are going to learn how to play them better.

What?

Dirk carried them in every game except this one and in the end he basically closed it out in the 4th as much as anyone.

I just don't see how anybody can understand basketball and believe this. Who in the east is going to beat them? They played this entire season without their 4th and 5th best players, and they took out the Celtics and Bulls in 5 games each. Next season they'll be significantly better just from having Haslem and Miller all season. Who is going to beat them in the East? The knicks were worse after their trade for Melo than they were before it.

It won't be Boston because PP,RA,KG are old as hell and they don't have a good post player. I'm not sure who will challenge them next year, but I think people play them better an probably Chicago adds another big to try an help out. Who knows?

he showed up for every game other than 4 (and there is no excuse for 4)

he went 21/4/6 and shot 60% from the field tonight

when did that become "not showing up"

?

i wish they had run the offense through him and not wade after game 3. they relied too much on wade late, and wade wasn't in god mode anymore

*ETA: and he was fricking horrible in game 4 and there is no excuse for that

Chicago is one great shooting 2-guard away from being an elite team.
