I don't understand why the media doesn't play along...

Instead of asking him serious questions, why not ask him What he is thankful for?

Or if he was thankful when he hit a drunk lady in Buffalo?

He's actually not a bad dude, just different. I watched an E60 special on him. He's misunderstood but he puts that on himself.

Russell wilson being likeable is very subjective. He comes off as phony.

I seem to be in the minority, but Lynch's bullshite annoys me. I don't care enough to really get bent out of shape. However, it's just pitiful that a man can't fulfill his contractual obligations without being a jackoff. You're getting paid $8 million (base and signing bonus) this year to play football. Part of that contract is a certain number of media appearances. If you're shy, fine, give succinct answers and move on once your obligations have been met. I'd rather see Richard Sherman being obnoxious and arrogant than Marshawn Lynch pull his stunts.

His schtick got old the day it started. It's quite annoying now.

"Mr. Lynch. How do you feel about your boyfriend giving you anal?"

"I'm thankful"

I prefer that to, "Well.. we played our best, and uhhh... We just need to take it one game at a time... and, you know... just hopefully put our best foot forward next week... and you know... just have a good week of practice... and uhhh... take it one play at a time."

He prob needs to take more of the Bellichek approach. Just a couple no-nothing answers and then hit the road.

I actually believe he wants attention. Who wores sparkling gold vests and hat but doesn't want to be seen?

Yeah he's overrated

Really? Seems like he gets less credit than he should. The media tried to sell Kaepernick as the next elite QB, but Wilson has been everything Kaepernick was supposed to be.

Its like he read "coach & qb speak for dummies" and it was a life changing moment for him.

You're a fricking idiot. He has anxiety issues. Last thing he wants is attention.

This is a rare occurence, but I agree with you 100%. Dude gets paid millions of dollars, dealing with the media is part of the gig. Jut answer some questions and quit being a douchebag.
