I don't check the MSB much.
I think it's ridiculous. If someone is 17, then no one is supposed to be attracted to them and God forbid someone has sex with them and people get offended at the thought. The second they turn 18, get that girl posing for Playboy and get her over to my place! And people justify their "opinions" with dumb laws.

I was trying to point out the fact that if it happened in 1 state, then it would be alright, but if it happened in another state, where the age of consent was higher then :omg: That's just fricking asinine.

It was already established that if it happened in NY he is in the clear as far as the law goes so not sure what "dumb laws" have to do with it.
Also not everyone is anxious to break out the happy 18th bday banner for every little young Lolita out there. Some people think it's creepy for an older man to chase after younger high school girls no matter if they are 17 or 18 and regardless of the law.
It really amazes me the things some men will justify doing on the basis of sex and attraction.

I don't care for Sanchez as a Qb. Don't care about his personal life. But after seeing that brauds facebook status, and if the law is 17 in NY, I ain't going to hate on him. She obviously wanted it. And if it was legal, who cares?

Hopefully people won't overreact to this. He assumed she was the legal age as she was in a night club. It's not like he was lurking around a HS dance looking to pick up teenagers.
