Dammit. I was pulling for the bills too, they’re really hard not to like, and josh Allen has been An animal on the field.

Would take him back next year.

Nah. Murray is slightly younger and a bit cheaper and there hasn't been a big drop off (if any) from Ingram to Murray.

Agreed. I like Ingram personally more. But we’re in bad shape with the cap next year. We need to save money everywhere we can and there is not a big enough difference to pay even a dollar more to get him back.

He played hardball with the saints over $$$ at the advice of his agent thinking they would have a solid free agent market. Saints called his bluff.

He’s old now. At least by RB standards.

Peej is not always wrong. He was 100% certain Bama would beat OSU by at least 2 scores.

Ingram has been in the league for a decade, that’s gotta be longer than like 95% of running backs. At this point they just have two guys that are better than him, and their third back plays on special teams which you need when you can only dress 53.

We made the right choice with Murray. Actually, Mark made the choice for us.

I can understand this.... but for a guy who has worked so hard to be good at the sport he loves to be sitting on the bench when he is healthy enough to play has got to be rough......

And this is exactly why no one should ever criticize a player vs a team and call a player greedy. Because the team will do this to you to benefit them in a heartbeat.

I think it was $500,000.

What happened was that he thought he was going to get a lot more than what the Saints offered but the RB market dried up quickly. He was left standing when the music stopped. The Saints had already signed Murray so by then the deal they offered Ingram was no longer on the table.
