I'm not celebrating. He's doing it with a roster that is majority Brian Kelly's recruits. It's not like Freeman put together the entire 100 man plus roster.

Plus, ND has already done the black coach thing.

Yep. Starting their season 0-2 is not a good look for them. I've never really liked ND to be honest. How many times have they gotten bowl bids when other teams had much better records over the years just because they are Notre Dame????

Losing to OSU is nothing to be embarrassed by, but to lose to Marshall, at home, good grief.

Freeman was the lead recruiter for many of NDs best players from last year. He was basically retained because of his recruting prowess.
