Considering I said that BEFORE JR left (and by implication) BEFORE we KNEW he would be gone in 2007 I think I was pretty clear.

who is a better QB: JR or Flynn?

So, you didn't watch the video then?

If you did, you're just lying to try and be right, considering the contact was OBVIOUS to EVERYONE except for you.

Your arguing against an unnecessary premise, one I never made. If that is your way of making your life easier, go ahead.

My premise was Flynn would lead us to a NC. Not that he was "better". We had one of the best all around offenses in LSU history with him behind the helm. Was he more talented? No. Did he have better stats? No. Was the offense more versatile? Yes.

You can pull the OC card if you want, but I seem to remember the running game magically opening up for Flynn in the Miami game way back when. Why? Was it correlation or causation?

Hmmm...

In any case, my statement was simple. Start Flynn and we win the NC. And it happened. End of discussion.

So, your assertion is that against Florida and Auburn, our running game would have been better because Flynn was in the game???

Put that statement right on par with his "there was no contact" statement.

no my premise is who is better: JR or Flynn

i changed your neo-thesis and asked a direct question with either "JR" or "Flynn" as the answer

Yes.

All the typing in the world is not going to change that. Howard was trying not to foul out. He was back pedaling. He had no intention of making a play on the ball.

No one is disagreeing with that.

The point is the video CLEARLY shows that there was contact, doesn't it?

he shouldn't have jumped or made a move to block LBJs drive then. he DEFINITELY shouldn't have raised his arms

Looking at this must be like a sucker punch to the gut for JR lovers:

1. Yea, I hate the fact that my favorite team won a championship.

2. Nice deflection, I see you seem to be backing off your assertion that there was no contact.

MY neo-thesis?

The fact that you admit to "changing" my thesis to argue against my thesis is kind of silly don't you think?

Good night. I look forward to reading your reply tomorrow after work.

Anyone see the Dwight Howard press conference clip where he said that Lebron mockingly told the Magic that they were "playing like they were witnesses?" during the game and that it motivated them to beat the Cavs?

Lebron is such a douchebag. He is one of the top 2 players in the NBA but he is a douchebag. So full of himself and of course he draws all the attention at the end of the game acting like he was going to die.

Anyway, I would love for the Magic to beat the Cavs, but it ain't happening.

1. I'm pretty sure THAT didn't motivate the magic to come back, lol.

2. I guess Lebron is the only player to trash talk and no one else does it.
