Does Trump play the anthem before everybody visits the White House, and does he force other visitors to agree to stand for it as a condition for visiting? Did Kim K have to do this?

OR maybe he's really good at marketing, branding, building awesome hotels (which are expensive AF but I wanna visit em one day), aggressive in business pursuits and has really good lawyers to ensure everything he did business-wise is by the book (hence why he's never been prosecuted for anything to my knowledge)
