LSU has a lot of injuries, so does La Tech. What's your prediction?

Closer than aqlot of people think. LSU just has too much talent for Tech to overcome.

Typical game against lower conference foe. 24-10 or so until late in the 3rd when the bigger team pulls away and wins 41-10.

other than scott i think LSU is fine with injuries, although they may be beat up. Peterson, T-bob, Al woods, Jefferson, Perry riley, pep all appeared to not be that seriously injured. i know pep and perry got back in. Jefferson looked like he could have gone back in. T-bob was walking fine after the game according to Gordy. Peterson was just cramping. Not sure about Al, looked like he just got kicked in the head. Plus we should get Dickson back.

I saw some of it. I was hoping more than Scott would be injured. We could play with LSU if Tolliver, Lafell, Scott, Jefferson, Peterson, and Jones were all out. Just Scott... no difference in the outcome.

Therefore:
I think LSU will be flat. They have no incentive to play hard in this game. They may look lackluster on offense. They don't have to bring their "A game" on defense... Tech struggles to score on weak defenses like Utah State.
So it would have to be a low-scoring game for Tech to win. With a healthy team, I think Tech could hold LSU to 31 or so, but we are not healthy. We have no answer for LSU's receivers... we just have to hope Jefferson can't pass accurately to wide open receivers. That probably won't happen.

I think y'all took that the wrong way. LSU appeared to be dropping like flys against Alabama. If all those guys who left the game against Alabama were also out against Tech, we would have a better chance of winning. I'm not hoping the mob raids the dorm room and breaks all their knee caps.
