Riser has been emphasizing upping the schedule out of conference, and its paid off the last few years. Being in the SLC we need to get a top 40 RPI to get in, as a few years ago we had ~42 wins (25 in conference) and an RPI in the high 50s and were left out.
Side note: SLU has a 6 game win streak over State in baseball!!!

Tech is again putting up a solid resume. That being said I think it's time Wayne Graham gives it up. The program is starting to slip. That's going to be a hot job when he hangs it up.

Would like to see NSU and La Tech play a 3 game weekend series in the near future. Both teams are very evenly matched and both game this year were very close.
