I'm sure ULL would've preferred ECU win it.

Kendall Rogers said in their projection this morning that UL was in either way.

As many here predicted last week, Tulane will be representing Louisiana in the NCAA Tournament.

I was skeptical BUT you all were right on your predictions that this Green Wave team was built for the tournament format.

We tried to tell you. The way they won 1 of their last 7 regular season games showed that they were gaining momentum.

Odd that he said that when his website says this:

quote:

AT-LARGE LADDER:
Last four in, first four out, from strongest to weakest:

61. NC State
62. Arizona State
63. Oklahoma
64. Louisiana
—–CUTOFF—–
65. Kansas State
66. Arizona
67. Notre Dame
68. UC Santa Barbara

LINK

Charlotte is trying to steal a bid, too. They're up 3-2 on DBU.

Yeah but none of the three teams above UL on that list are playing today. Some had their tournament runs ended days ago.

Guess he is not going to penalize UL for beating one of the best teams in America twice and earning the right to play a good USM team. Playing and losing to USM might be good enough to bump them over other teams.

That's not penalizing them for playing today at all.

If they really came into the day as the last team in and Tulane took a spot from the at-large teams, they would bump to the first team out.

We don't know how the committee actually has those bubble at-large candidates ranked, but we know Tulane's win was not good for any of them.

Yeah bro. I always have had the utmost confidence in Coach Uhlman.

I knew the whole season he was just resting his guys in preparation for a conference tournament championship run

Was it last year that South Florida made a run to the Supers after getting into the tourney as an auto-qualifier?

ULL finally got Lynch out. Did they figure out how to defend against Goat Yoga?
