I was at-

#3) LSU/UF 2007- that was really loud
#1B) Earthquake Game- that was off the chart
#1A) Blocked Punt vs Falcons- was the single loudest moment!

Saints Vikings NFC Championship was the loudest game I've ever been to.

Then probably 03 LSU Georgia followed by 07 Florida LSU

LSU vs. UF when USC loss was announced just b/c the UF players and fans were screaming too.
Saints vs. Falcons MNF 2006 when Gleason blocked the punt.

Loudest for me was LSU bama in 08 we we blocked the kick to go to OT but I'm sure that place was really rocking

When that kick got blocked I got soaked with coke and other beverages.

...And it's not even close. That arena in the 3rd and 4th quarters was flat out deafening. Ears will be ringing for a week.

Did it sound loud on TV?

I love OKC fans. They remind me of KC Chiefs fans. You'll always hear the announcers comparing the atmosphere to a college atmosphere because of the noise and passion.

Wow never thought about it but KC is an awesome comparison of the 2 fanbases. I'm dragging arse at work today but God it is so worth it haha.

I'm in Joplin, the radio host was talking about it. He said it's something about the fans in this part of the country. We're 2hrs south of KC and about 2.5-3hrs up I-44 from OKC. Then throw in 3.5hrs down I-44 from STL. Great location.

1. Saints - Falcons - 2006
2. Saints - Vikings - 2010 (2009 postseason).
3. Saints - Steelers - Halloween 2010
4. Saints - Eagles - 2007 (technically 2006 postseason).
5. Saints - Patriots - 2009
6. LSU - Florida - 2007
7. LSU - Georgia - 2003
8. LSU - Florida - 2009
9. LSU - Tennessee - 2000

A big time LSU game has never taken over a big time Saints game. There has always been a noticeable gap in my opinion.

It seems strange that OKC is known for their big homecourt advantage and they've only been there for a few years. I guess people just like having something worthwhile to root for.

it was a fricking mad house that night. I'm convinced 90% of everyone in there that night was blacked out drunk and screaming indiscriminately.
