These refs for this game are quite possibly the most inept I have ever seen in a football game.

It's a terrible rule but correctly interpreted. Once the ball crosses the goal line, whether touched or not, it is a touchback.

Kicks that go into the end zone are touch backs but that ball was juggled 30 yds backwards to the end zone.

It was the correct call per a rules official in star stands
No matter how the ball crosses the goal line on a punt or kick in highs school, it is automatically a touchback
