Hawaii second baseman wearing a mask on the field

The first couple games a lot of them did that. In the field, batting, running bases. I guess it is their choice though because Keanu has never worn a mask.

Did you see the kid from Connecticut strut the last few steps to home plate and then stomp on the plate after he hit a home run?

They’re talking about the girl from Texas West in this Hawaii versus Northern California game

Yes, I hope Connecticut loses their next two games and is eliminated

It's like these idiots don't realize that she is not the first female to play in the LLWS.

I wasn’t blown away by Hawaii or Northern California.
An interesting thing about Hawaii is they had four or five left-handed hitters, which could be favorable for Nick Brown going left on lefty.
Michigan and South Dakota are the toughest opponents for Lafayette that I’ve seen (outside of Texas East)

Pennsylvania is solid.
Their pitcher handcuffed New Jersey last night, and they have a potent lineup

It seems like every team has the ONE ace pitcher. Even Hawaii with Keanu. With the ace they can beat anyone. Once they get past the ace they all seem to be average teams.
Louisiana has 3 aces so that should help immensely in the grind of the Little League World Series.

Louisiana pitchers are good enough for them to make a strong run.

I had to edit my earlier post. I was referring to Pennsylvania, not Ohio

I'm pulling for Joysey in that one. Good friend of mine, born and raised there, moved to Louisiana right out of high school. Very cool but very different dude.

New Jersey had a huge comeback in the sixth inning yesterday versus Delaware.
I watched New Jersey versus Pennsylvania. New Jersey had a pitcher with a plus fastball, but he threw 99% heaters. They caught up to it before too long

Yeah, I have watched their games and and am very surprised that they are going to the LLWS and are playing in the regional championship game. This definitely isn't their best team but they are doing better, tournament wise, than the ones I can remember.

So Lafayette is going to have to face that left-hander from South Dakota now?
