I am glad they will enforce the rule, but does the picture reinforce to others that LSU and SEC teams are dirty?

the NCAA's webmaster hates LSU

It wasn't called a penalty. It was the fourth quarter and LSU was up by 14. OSU had the ball at about midfield, Highsmith made the strip/tackle, and another LSU player recovered it for about a 30 yard return. They was no foul called on the play.

I just think the better picture would have been the blast the Fresno St player put on the punt returner, knocking him out for the year, on a fair catch. For the enforcement of the rule. That was the point I was trying to make.

Yeah, I've never heard a QB complain because they got hit too much in a game.

It's an elbow to the mouth, not helmet to helmet. QBs are overprotected IMO.
