re: MLB: Ban A-Rod for life

There's been speculation but I haven't seen anything come out that says MLB will ban him for life.

Maybe you can post that link where that story has already broke.

I just wish he would go away. Forever.
Kinda ironic it was against Seattle who signed him in 1992 and was traded to the Twins (for Dave Hollins) in 1996.
The Rockets should now hire Stan Van Gundy just to see the look on Dwight Howard's face...priceless!
Give me those 80s Celtics > this version, especially that '85-'86 team.
I was pretty close...predicted 31-20 Pack
So far these commercials are just lame...

This game has about as lopsided officiating as they did in some of the finals games last year. The Celtics got screwed then and we are getting fricked now.

I'll never forget that...frustrating as hell watching that shite!

Impressed with the Hornets...they're holding their own, missing 2 starters plus the refs that suck.

NBA Store, 666 5th Avenue

Better hurry...the store will no longer be at that location as of Feb 14.

I believe there's more ppl who are just indifferent b/c they're just not into basketball or the NBA than those that hate the team.

What sucks is those that have come to sdopt this team and a chance they could move depending on who the new ownwer will be.
Just had the tip off...let's go Celtics!

Why did they get away from using wooden bats?

Aluminum bats were intruduced at the college level in 1974. Was viewed as a cost-saving alternative to wood. On average a $300 aluminum bat can last an entire season, while a $100 wooden bat can break at any time.

Plus the extra offense and scoring boost they produced was intended to add excitement and appeal to the game and bring in more fans.
