True. They did handily beat top 10 St. James and Church Point. Manhandled a 6A team from MS who suck in 6A, but still 6A. Play 7-1 Lutcher next week for the District Championship. That will give us a better barometer. After that game I do not expect to be tested until the quarters.

it'll probably still be a 3 way tie at the end of next weeks games, as Carencro plays Beau Chene, STM plays Northside, and Teurlings plays Opelousas. I don't see Carencro, STM, or Teurlings losing.
In that case, what's the tie breaker? Or do all 3 of them each get a share of the district title?
edit: also, anybody got a Beau Chene-Northside score?

No tie breakers...all are dist champs. Furthermore, with the split it's irrelevant because they will all qualify for the playoffs. Hell, STM and TCH qualified for the playoffs before the season started!

You didn't hear wrong. That's exactly how Ruston won...last week against ASH.
