way way better than most, they at least know football and the rules.

Curtis’ last play in OT, they were both screaming TOUCHDOWN!, until they realized the Rummel defender had knocked the ball out…..

It was fricking hilarious…..

The difference in the game was the muffed punt, the kickoff Catholic decided not to field and the red zone interception. Otherwise, it was a blowout.

Don't say that to Central fans. Now they are complaining unsportsmanlike penalties not being called. As other said, stop on goal line when it did look like he got in the play or 2 before. The strip or muffed punt and interception on overthrown ball.

Don't worry Central is only a few recruits away.

There were a ton of no-calls all over the place. Clear hold on the safety on one of Central’s TDs. Catholic declined a penalty and the officials still marked it off and were about to run the clock before Catholic coaches had to stop them.

Such is HS officiating.

I know HS officiating can be bad, but that takes the cake….

And I’ve seen some bad officiating….

They’re typical Curtis fans. After the Rummel loss, the color guys says, “this game doesn’t mean anything to Curtis, I’m sure it means much more to Rummel.”

My dad lives near Rummel and I was by his house after our game in Metairie and we thought we heard fireworks in the neighborhood that night

has Jesuit ever bent their standards for an athlete?

I don't think Jesuit the institution has. But I have heard through the grapevine that Manale is doing just that.

East Ascension kid brought out by ambulance tonight. Was down in the field for about 30 mins. Have t heard what the injury was yet. Hope the kid is ok

Nearly a 30 min delay in the game.

It was a bad leg break.

Walker televises all their games on YouTube and they watched the play in slomotion and you could see his leg break below the knee.

Brusly is terrible. Belaire blew them out a few weeks ago and they suck.

St. Amant 14-7 winners over Denham. Gators 7-0.

District setting up between Walker & St Amant at SA in 2 weeks.

Denham isn’t very good but it should be a great game at the Pit.

I mean if they had just defeated, idk, Sophie Wright

But against John Curtis anyone in the state would be shooting off fireworks

They are definitely down from just two years ago. Got some big boys.

WF has some work to do before playoffs get here.

Still got Dutchtown out there. St. Amant plays Dutchtown this week. Next 2 weeks determines a lot.

WF might win a playoff game but that’s only because that division is terrible. A lot of flaws offensively and defensively with that team

I’m hoping they can put a complete game together before the playoffs and let that carry over from there. I agree there is some work to do.

Good grief Chalmette strength factor is tied with three other teams for the second lowest in Non-Select Div 1.

And it’s probably going to get worse with the three games left.

We have got to find a better district.

I wonder how the R broadcast sounded when Bears hit that FG in dome?

You have to beat schools like Central when you are the worst you’ve been in 10 years and they are the best they’ve been in probably 10. Even if the game is on the road. Catholic did that last night.
