a LOT of shite has been exchanged between Live Oak and Walker...It's being dubbed Oaks/Pines or something ghey like that...I can actually go to the game, and if we lose, I will be VERY irate.

Live Oak - Walker

The last chance either team will have for a WIN in 2012. Both will get smoked the next 4 weeks. Walker has not won a district game in years...tonight is their best and only chance. What is incredible is that Live Oak lost to Broadmoor. Sadly, LO and Walker are 5A teams, a level where they don't match-up. The loser will finish 6th in District...the winner 5th.

Woodlawn @ Catholic High

Going to be 1-5 after this week.

Wiener better be enjoying every day he is still employed at CHS, his arse is 90% out the door. They won't fire him, but they sure as hell won't let him be the football coach.

Also, my cousin told me CHS dropped their varsity QB back to JV, and brought up the sophomore JV QB to start this weekend.

God I hope so. As a member of the most recent alumni class, I am embarrassed that as soon as we leave the team goes to shite. I've been waiting for Weiner to step down for years.

I am interested to see how this new QB can do. Let's see if he can fill my boy Oliver's shoes.

Capitol scored off a bad snap out of the back of the end zone.

Capitol - 2
Dunham - 0

Halftime.

I'll bump the thread I made if CHS goes 0-6, but I think the general consensus is that it is past time for Wiener to either hit the road or move to another position within the school

I said it at the begining of the season, I think a lot of good local talent is starting to be spread out and going other places besides Catholic. Look at St. Michael, 5-0 for the first time.

It's a pretty bad night for offense, that's for sure.

This is certainly true for the public schools. But for private schools I wouldn't say that just yet. I just graduated last year, and our class was way more talented that St. Michaels. I think this is just an off year for Catholic. They will rebound.

Don't get me wrong, St. Michaels is really good this year. But I don't think this is something that will remain this way with them being so good and Catholic sucking.

I dont think Catholic will continue to suck but I think St. Michael is finally turning the corner. There biggest problem in years past was lack of depth, one injury at a crucial position and the season was fricked. More and more kids living in south Baton rouge not wanting to go all the way to CHS helps as well

Wow. Capitol really sunk in one year. I heard they had a really small squad. Dunham is not very good to start with, then had a bunch of injuries...

Most think the game tomorrow will decide district with RHS and Capitol both down from time's past.

Dunham won 8-2. The defense finally had a good showing. Capitol had ~100 yards.
