The potential is there for WM, just still can't find the right mix

Yeah that’s been the case for over 10 years. They have double the attendance that Neville does. The loser mentality has just taken over at West Monroe is even louder than the stupid cowbells.

Not sure what is going on in Rebel land

They have not been able to consistently complete a forward pass in the past 10 years, that’s what’s going on in rebel land. And the good quarterbacks in the area do not want to play there because it is no longer the dominant team in Northeast Louisiana it’s Ruston, Neville and then everybody else.

One more reason… we never were caught up in LHSAA violations like Warren Easton was, nor do I think we’ve ever forfeited a game.

What’s crazy is Ruston, Neville, Ouachita, Sterlington, Oak Grove, and OCS ALL have more recent state championships than West Monroe… my gosh time flies

Very true! It’s really an eye opener. But they continue to get the nicest equipment, and monetary investments that other Ouachita parish schools get overlooked for. Their new 10M indoor practice facility and sports medicine wing proves that point. Those white trash cowbell ringers are honestly a joke on this side of the river.

They did somehow manage to throw for 100 yards which is a rarity for WM. Sterlington could beat them and Ruston is going to embarrass them.

Shaw should just come back to the CL. They would compete and be just fine especially in football and basketball.

Wow. That’s one of the bigger surprises of the year so far.

Seems like they’re a perennial 8-9 win quarter final team
