Dutchtown is pretty underrated this year. They lost to Zachary by 10, and the game was closer than the score. And they lost their first game to Lutcher by three points, and had something like 5 turnovers in that game.

They have a fairly balanced offensive attack, and their defense is always solid.

But I agree, no one cheering for Dutchtown thought that game would end up like that. Catholic crumbled in the second half. They shouldn't have scored at all. Their 7 points came off of a fumbled snap on a punt.

Catholic vs Br. Martin rematch after the first round bye week!

shite Fire. I hope it's in NOLa.

There's still football to be played tonight, and first round next week.
We (Brother Martin) face Jesuit tonight, and have not beaten them since the 2010 season, and 3-9 against them since 2004.

It's not a done deal, yet.

Should you lose to Jesuit tonight, give up football.

5 turnovers tends to make good teams look bad. Dutchtown may have won anyway as they are very good this year but they got lots of help that night with uncommon sloppy play from Catholic

Made it down to Thibodaux to catch the battle of the Tigers. The field looks absolutely terrible. Should be a sloppy mess by halftime.

Hahnville up 24-6. Kind of suprising considering Thibodaux's big size advantage and playing on a crappy sloppy field.

If a team wins a district but not top 16 are they given a home game?

Say a team wins district and overall record is 4-6, are they given any benefits?

I think its strictly by power points but not positive.

Hahnville up 45-6 on Thibodaux mid 4th.

No you get in but not awarded a home game. You'd get the last seed if you were out of the top 32. If you were say #24 that's where you'd be.

I don't like that. I think you win a district you should be rewarded. Seed them where they play highest ranked non district winner but give home game.

Best game they've played all year. He won't do it, but this class needed to be all defense.
